Every year the Hashimukh family observes International Mother Language Day on the school premises. The objective of this event is to commemorate the heroes who sacrificed their lives to make Bangla the state language of East Pakistan, now Bangladesh, in 1952.
To celebrate the birth of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and National Children’s Day on 17th March, Hasimukh Somaj Kallayan Songstha organizes an event every year. The school hosts different types of programs for children to take part in.
The school commemorates The Independence Day of Bangladesh every year with great enthusiasm. Every year on this day the team adorns the entire school with balloons and flags and the volunteers draw Alpona in the streets of Hashimukh School.
Hashimukh School celebrates Victory Day of Bangladesh every year with immense passion to make the students aware of the glorious history of the freedom fight in 1971. Drawing and recitation competitions based on the Liberation War are held to mark the significance of Victory Day. The winners of the competition receive prizes from our respected advisory team. At the end of the program, students attend a feast arranged by the well-wishers and patrons of Hashimukh Somaj Kallayan Songstha.
The first day of the Spring season in Bangladesh is celebrated every year with joy. It is popularly known as Pohela Falgun (first day of Falgun month) or Boshonto Utshob (Spring festival). People welcome the spring season in a festive mood, wearing yellow-colored attire. The Hashimukh family also celebrates the day with their students.
Pohela Boishakh/Noborbosho is the first day of the Bengali calendar. People across the country celebrate this day with placard festoons. Many cultural events are held by different organizations to welcome the new year. The Hashimukh team celebrates Pohela Boishakh with the students cultural performance and make different crafts on this occasion.
