Another proud chapter has been added to the story of women’s empowerment in Dacope, Khulna.

In this remote coastal region, Hashimukh has been consistently working to improve women’s health security and financial independence. With the support of IPDC Finance, the reusable sanitary napkin training project has not only built skills but has also sparked a new sense of confidence among the women here.

These women are now producing sanitary napkins themselves, selling them within their community, and earning through their hard work. Today, they received their second payment and the joy on their faces is truly priceless.

Their first income lit a new ray of hope in their lives, and this second income has strengthened that hope even further. Regular earnings are now opening new horizons of confidence and stability for them. The women of Dacope have proven that when given the opportunity, they can be powerful agents of change in society.

As a women-led organization, Hashimukh is committed to empowering underprivileged women across Bangladesh through education, health support, and employment opportunities so that every woman can transform her life and become a beacon of positive change in her community.
