Hashimukh Somaj Kallayan Songstha warmly welcomed over 400 beneficiaries to our Health Camp 2025 at BCSIR School & College, Dhaka, under the theme “From Margins to Mainstream, Empowering Communities with Knowledge, Care, and a Vision for a Healthier Future.” Students and parents from Hashimukh School joined us for a day of care, receiving free medical check-ups, hygiene kits, and menstrual health services to foster resilience and well-being in underserved communities.
The event was graced by distinguished guests, including the Chief Guest, His Excellency the Ambassador of Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Dhaka. His presence underscored the significance of the initiative, as they engaged with participants and shared insights on community empowerment.
The camp offered comprehensive medical check-ups, including weight & height measurement, blood grouping, blood glucose testing, and dental check-ups, with free medications provided to address health needs. Hygiene kits were shared to promote daily wellness, and sanitary napkins were distributed to adolescent girls and women, ensuring menstrual health and dignity. These services, made possible through the generosity of individual partners, bridge critical healthcare gaps, empowering marginalized communities to lead healthier, more confident lives by addressing barriers like financial constraints and limited access to medical care.
