Hashimukh hosted and celebrate International Women’s Day and Zonta Rose Day 2024 with Zonta Club 4.

Hashimukh hosted the program to build awareness and to enhance creativity through essay writing competition on International Women’s Day powered by Zonta Club IV of Dhaka.

The program began with Hashimukh students gifting canvas to Zonta Club IV members. The President of Hashimukh, Nusrat Eka gave a welcome speech expressing the bond between the two organizations and their journey together. After that Zonta Club IV President Ztn Hamida Jesmin Reha & Advocacy chair Ztn Naushi Mahrukh expressed their views on women empowerment , the journey of Zonta Club IV, and International Women’s Day and Zonta Rose Day.

Hashimukh had the pleasure of hosting some wonderful guests who shared their views and knowledge with the audience. Zonta Club IV has embraced the charm of the competition by not only acknowledging the winners in two categories junior group and senior group but also by providing sarees along with gifts as a token of respect to the mothers of competition winners. Moreover, the club gave certificates to fifteen participants of the essay writing competition. Zonta Club IV also awarded three of the underprivileged mothers for their struggle and passion to continue education of their children.

To make this occasion even more special, Zonta Club IV sponsored 9 Hashimukh students for the year 2024. This will cover expenses for five running programs, which is a huge help.

In the next segment of the program Zonta Club IV awarded the CEO and Co Founder of Hasimukh Nusrat Akhter for her excellent work and dedication to uplift the life of the underprivileged of the society . The program ended with a cultural program performed by the underprivileged students and a vote of thanks by Nusrat Akhter Co-founder and President of Hashimukh Somaj Kallayan Songstha.

It was a fantastic event, and Hasimukh is grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Zonta Club IV of Dhaka and hopes to continue the project on Health and Hygiene, which was started since August 2023.
