To strengthen the teaching capacity of Hashimukh School and empower educators with improved skills, confidence, and modern teaching approaches, the Teachers’ Quality Enhancement Training was successfully conducted in collaboration with IID. The session was facilitated by the esteemed and experienced mentor, Mr. Sudeb Kumar Biswas.
Throughout the workshop, the mentor guided teachers through hands-on, interactive activities that demonstrated how classroom learning can be made more engaging, student-centered, and effective. He also provided valuable insights on building strong teacher–student relationships, enhancing personal and professional competencies, managing classrooms efficiently, and applying modern teaching methodologies in real-life scenarios.
The participating teachers showed exceptional enthusiasm and actively engaged in each activity, making the session lively and meaningful. This initiative has significantly enriched their teaching abilities and opened new pathways for creating a high-quality, inclusive, and impactful learning environment for the students of Hashimukh School.
