Hashimukh Somaj Kallayan Songstha (HSKS) successfully organized an impactful teacher training session in collaboration with IID, led by Mr. Sudeb Kumar Biswas, Founder and CEO of Learning for Development Bangladesh (L4DB).
The training was attended by 20 of our dedicated teachers, all committed to strengthening their teaching practices. The session focused on enhancing core subject instruction particularly English and Mathematics while also addressing important topics such as classroom conflict management and inclusive education.
A key highlight of the session was the introduction to Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Teachers explored need-based teaching techniques and differentiated strategies to support students with varied learning needs. The session emphasized the importance of additional support systems to ensure no child is left behind, promoting a more inclusive and adaptive classroom environment.
The session was highly interactive, with enthusiastic participation from all attendees. Mr. Biswas fostered a space of openness and engagement, encouraging teachers to share insights, challenges, and ideas. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Biswas for facilitating this enriching experience—another meaningful step toward our mission of delivering quality, inclusive education for all children.
