The “Capacity Enhancement for Graduate-Level Students” project, launched on October 2, 2024, aims to enhance technical skills and foster professional growth through practical IT training. The project comprises two groups: 14 Hashimukh teachers and 10 undergraduate students, primarily from Dhaka University. A total of 24 graduate-level students from various universities are enrolled in this program. Four students from Hashimukh’s IT Training program work as Assistant IT Trainers alongside an in-house IT instructor. These students, highly skilled in both basic and advanced levels of IT knowledge, including MS Office and graphic design, contribute to a dynamic, peer-led learning environment by providing training to others while gaining valuable teaching experience. Its affordable fee structure ensures accessibility, enabling participants to develop essential digital skills and be ready for income generation. This collaborative setup facilitates the acquisition of practical, skill-based knowledge while fostering mutual respect. This initiative exemplifies a commitment to empowering individuals with the tools needed for sustainable career growth.
